When these terms apply
These terms describe direct purchases from this website when its checkout is available. The current preparation status does not create a paid order. An external marketplace purchase is governed by the offer and terms shown there. Mandatory consumer protections in your country are not removed by these terms.
Purchases are for adults with capacity to contract. The interface can be used in Czech or English; each product states its content language. Changing interface language does not translate a book.
What you are buying
A digital edition is a downloadable PDF or ZIP, not a parcel. The product page identifies the included files, page count, language, formats and price. A4 and US Letter are alternative sizes of the same content, not twice as many unique pages. A free sample is an extract and may differ in length from the paid edition.
You need a compatible PDF reader, internet access for download, and a printer if you wish to print. Printer, paper and ink are not included. Read the free sample and printing notes first. Product limitations and the included licence are part of the offer; no resale or redistribution right is implied. Ask before using a personal edition for a whole class or commercial purpose.
Price, order and payment
Displayed product prices are in USD. The final order must show the payable total, applicable tax and any delivery charge before payment. Exchange rates and bank conversion fees are controlled by your payment provider. The proposed Paper Club is a waiting list only. Its indicative price and page range are not a recurring contract; no recurring payment or physical shipment can currently be ordered.
You may review quantities, editions, contact details and consent choices before going to the payment provider. A basket or availability check is not a charge. Once direct sales are enabled, the payment step must clearly identify an obligation to pay. The order is accepted through confirmation after successful payment verification. If supply is impossible, we contact you and return any payment owed.
An order confirmation and the applicable contractual information must be supplied in a form you can retain. Contact us to correct an order detail; do not make a duplicate payment merely because a page is slow.
Digital delivery and your choice
Files are released through protected download access only after the server confirms payment. Returning from a payment page does not itself prove payment. A broken link can be reported with your order reference; do not post the link publicly.
Where immediate paid digital delivery is requested, a separate unticked choice asks for your express consent and acknowledgement about the withdrawal right. The wording shown at checkout is retained with its version and time. It does not waive rights concerning defective content.
I request immediate delivery of the digital content once paid, and acknowledge that my right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins.
Printed editions and shipping
Printed books and stickers are not available for direct order until their materials, production, stock and delivery route are verified. Before any physical order, the offer must state the destination, shipping price, dispatch/delivery estimate and return address. The site will not accept a country without a configured route.
Printing a standard title after an order does not by itself make it a personalised product or remove a withdrawal right. Any genuine personalisation exception must be explained before purchase.
Problems, rights and dispute resolution
Read Returns & complaints for withdrawal, defects and refund procedures. Nothing here limits mandatory liability or excludes remedies you have by law. These terms follow Czech law without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available in their country under applicable conflict-of-law rules.
Try to resolve a dispute with us first. For an unresolved consumer dispute within its competence, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority’s ADR service. Court remedies remain available. The former EU online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025; it is not a working complaint route.
